Orbit Ticket

Features

Everything you need to sell, get paid and run the door

One platform from the first ticket to the last scan: a page that sells, payments that land with you, tickets buyers can't lose, a door your staff run from a phone, and email that brings everyone back next time.

  • Every feature on every account
  • No plan to upgrade
  • No monthly fee

Service fee per ticket

2%

Every account gets everything on this page. The service fee is added at checkout and shown to the buyer before they pay, plus 2% is taken from your ticket revenue. Stripe's card fee is separate; bank-transfer orders cost nothing at all. Email campaigns go out through your own Resend account, which Resend bills beyond its free plan.

Sell tickets your way

A public page for every event, a checkout that doesn't lose buyers, and every control you need behind it.

  • An event page built to sell

Cover image, date and venue with a map link, add-to-calendar buttons, and your service fee shown before the buyer fills anything in. Low stock and sold-out tickets are flagged automatically.

  • Set up in four steps

A guided wizard walks you through details, tickets, attendee questions and review, and keeps your progress if the page reloads.

  • A checklist before you go live

Before you publish, a checklist confirms your dates, tickets, a price in every currency you sell in and a way for buyers to pay — each gap links straight to its fix. Preview the page exactly as buyers will see it.

  • Ticket types, capacity and free tickets

Give each ticket type a price, a quantity and a per-order limit, and see what the buyer pays as you type — then schedule price tiers when the price should change over time. Events where every ticket is free need no payment setup at all.

  • Early-bird and scheduled price tiers

Plan price steps once, with a price per ticket type and currency. Prices switch automatically at the time you set, buyers see when the price goes up (with a countdown in the last 48 hours), and reports show sales by tier.

  • Several currencies, your prices

Sell one event in more than one currency with a price you set for each — nothing is converted. Buyers choose their currency, and you decide which payment methods each additional currency offers.

  • Coupons with real controls

Percentage or fixed-amount codes, with an amount per currency, a total limit, a limit per buyer and start and end dates. See every order that used a code.

  • Attendee questions, your way

Twelve question types — short answers, dropdowns, grids, dates, scales, file uploads and more — plus section headings. Make questions required, show them only to the ticket types they apply to, and find the answers in your guest list and its CSV export.

  • A checkout that keeps buyers

No account to create. Progress is saved if a buyer reloads or backs out of the payment, errors point at the exact field, and a cancelled card payment can be retried straight away.

  • Duplicate, reschedule or cancel

Copy an event as a new draft in one click. Moving or cancelling an event emails every buyer in their own language, and their tickets show the change.

  • Easy to find, easy to share

Event pages carry the details search engines use for rich results, and share cards show your cover image. Share buttons and a downloadable QR code of your event link are built in.

Get paid your way

Card payments through your own Stripe account, or transfers straight to you — in the currencies you sell in.

  • Your own Stripe account

Card payments are charged on your Stripe account, so the money lands with you and pays out on your Stripe schedule. You get the full Stripe dashboard, and you can disconnect at any time and connect a new Stripe account later; refunds for earlier sales still go through the old one.

  • PromptPay in Thailand

Thai organizers selling in baht can offer PromptPay alongside cards at checkout.

  • Bank, Wise or Revolut transfers

Add receiving accounts — a local bank, Wise, Revolut or another app — each in its own currency; Wise, Revolut and other app accounts can show your scan-to-pay QR code. Buyers get the amount, a reference code and every account you enabled for the event in their currency. No platform fee on these orders.

  • Tickets that wait for the money

Transfer buyers get their tickets straight away, marked NOT PAID, and the door refuses them until you confirm the payment. Confirming makes the same tickets valid and sends them again.

  • Transfer review, with proof

A review queue lists the transfers to check. Confirm or reject each one, attach the receipt to the order, and let buyers send their proof of payment from a ready-made email. Rejecting frees the tickets and tells the buyer.

  • Switch to card instead

When you take cards, a buyer who chose a transfer can switch to paying by card from the payment page shown after checkout (not inside an embedded shop) — for the same order, with the usual card service fee.

  • Invoices in your name

Add your legal name, address, tax ID and numbering once. Every paid order then gets a numbered invoice or receipt with its confirmation email, in the buyer's language — and you can issue one later, or void and reissue it.

  • Full or partial refunds

Refund any amount from the order. Card refunds go back through Stripe, our fees are returned in proportion and the buyer is emailed; a full refund also cancels the tickets.

  • Payments that confirm themselves

If Stripe's confirmation is late or lost, Orbit Ticket asks Stripe directly and settles the order — never twice. Refunds you make in the Stripe dashboard sync back to the order.

Your brand, on your own site

Sell from your own website, and send buyers emails, tickets and invoices that look like you.

  • A ticket shop for your website

Paste one snippet to embed your event page, styled with your colours and logo. Buyers pay by card without leaving your site, and bank-transfer instructions and the confirmation stay in the frame too.

  • One look on everything buyers receive

Your logo, accent colour and button colour on every buyer email, ticket PDF and invoice — with a different logo per event when you need one.

  • Buyer emails in your words

Rewrite the opening of each payment email for your whole organization or for a single event, with details such as the event name filled in for you.

  • Preview every payment email

See each payment email built from your real event, branding and payment accounts, in English, French or German. Download the attachments or send yourself a test.

  • A page for all your events

Every event page links to your organizer page, which lists your upcoming events and keeps your past ones.

  • A contact buyers can find

Add a public email address or website, and buyers see it on their tickets and on the pages shown when a card payment is still processing or a transfer has been declined.

Tickets and the door

Tickets buyers can always find, and a door your staff can run from any phone.

  • Tickets buyers can't lose

Every ticket arrives by e-mail with its own QR code, a branded PDF, a ticket page and add-to-calendar buttons. Anyone who mislays a paid ticket can have it re-sent from Find my order.

  • Scan with any phone

The scanner runs in the phone's browser, so there is nothing to install. It beeps on every result and, on phones that support it, vibrates and keeps the screen awake.

  • Every refusal explained

Staff see why a ticket is refused: already checked in (and when), not paid yet, refunded or cancelled, for another event, or not genuine. QR codes are signed, and two entrances can never admit the same ticket.

  • No QR code? No problem

Search by name or email and check a guest in with one tap, or paste a code from a handheld scanner.

  • The arrivals count, on every phone

Each scanner shows how many guests are in against how many are expected, and refreshes on its own.

  • Door staff see only their events

Assign door staff to one event or several. They sign in straight to the scanner — or to their list of today's and upcoming events — and never see your orders or revenue.

Orders and guests

Every order and every guest in one place, with the next thing to do already filtered for you.

  • Orders that show what needs doing

Search and filter every order, or open a ready-made view — transfers to review, payment or refund problems, emails that failed — each with a live count.

  • The full story of every order

Amounts, fees, refunds and the invoice at a glance, with a timeline of the payment, the tickets, every email sent or failed, refunds and invoice changes. Re-send tickets for one order or many at once.

  • A guest list you can work with

Filter by paid, free, not paid, cancelled or checked in, search by name or email, and open any guest to see their answers and uploaded files.

  • Check in from the list

Check guests in with one click or up to 100 at a time, undo with a confirmation that is logged, and cancel or restore a guest without touching the order.

  • Exports ready for your spreadsheet

Download orders or guests as CSV — everything, the current filter or just the rows you picked — and the guest export has a column for every attendee question. Files open cleanly in Excel.

Email marketing, built in

Design, target and send campaigns to the people who bought from you — from your own domain, through your own Resend account, with their consent on record.

  • Drag-and-drop email builder

Build with headings, text, images, buttons, dividers, spacers and columns, then style the whole email in one place, with a warning when colours are hard to read. The preview shows exactly what will be sent, on desktop and mobile.

  • Personal touches

Drop a subscriber's first name, last name, full name or email into the subject and body, with a fallback for anyone you don't have a name for.

  • Templates you reuse

Save your own designs as templates and start a new campaign from any of them.

  • Segments from what people bought

Target subscribers who bought tickets to an event or a specific ticket type, or build segments from tags, signup source and attributes — and add or remove people by hand. Counts update as you go.

  • Subscribers with consent on file

Each subscriber shows how and when they agreed to hear from you, and the list shows how many people you have and how many can receive campaigns. Tag and manage up to 500 at a time; buyers are tagged with the event they came from. Import a CSV file or a OneSignal export: the preview flags lines to fix and counts the people already on your list, and a large import shows its progress, can be stopped and resumed, and never adds anyone twice. Past contacts and opt-outs come across, but nobody is emailed without consent on record.

  • Test, then send at a steady pace

Send yourself a test copy, choose the sender name, and let the campaign go out in paced batches. Unsubscribes are checked again right before each send. If your Resend account stops working or runs out of quota, the campaign pauses with nobody lost.

  • Sent from your own domain

Connect your own Resend account once and campaigns go out from your verified domain — your sender reputation, your Resend dashboard. Orbit Ticket keeps only a send-only key for that domain and the webhook's signing secret, both encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time.

  • A report for every campaign

See how many emails were delivered, and how many bounced, drew a complaint or led to an unsubscribe.

  • Consent-first by design

The marketing opt-in at checkout starts unticked, every campaign carries a one-click unsubscribe, and bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically. An opt-out stays an opt-out.

Reports and integrations

Know what needs doing, see how sales are going, and send every order where you need it.

  • A dashboard that tells you what's next

It flags transfers waiting for review, a broken payment setup, an event within 48 hours with no door staff, tickets running low and emails or webhooks that failed — each linked to the fix.

  • Sales as they happen

Revenue in each currency, tickets sold and the latest orders, refreshed every 30 seconds.

  • Numbers for every event

Revenue, tickets sold against capacity, check-in rate, sales per ticket type, and gross, fees, refunds and net in each currency.

  • Reports across all your events

Filter by event, status, payment method, currency and dates, and, for a single event, click sales or fees to see the orders behind them.

  • Purchase webhooks

Send every paid order to your own systems as JSON, with a delivery log and a re-send button when an attempt fails.

  • An email for every sale

The event's contact, your organization's contact or the owner gets an email as each order comes in.

  • Entry Today sync

Connect Entry Today with a token that can only add subscribers to your organization, and test the connection without writing anything.

Team, access and support

The right access for everyone who helps, the whole product in three languages, and support one click away.

  • Four roles, clearly explained

Owner, admin, event admin and door staff. An event admin runs only the events you give them — refunds and door staff included — and you see what a role allows before you grant it.

  • Invite by email

Pick a role and the events it covers, then send the invitation. Links last 14 days, and you can resend, revoke or copy one.

  • One login, several organizations

Work for more than one organizer with a different role in each, and switch between them from the header.

  • Access changes apply at once

Change someone's role or remove them, and it takes effect on their very next request — including any AI agent working with their token.

  • Secure sign-in

Sign in with Google or a password. Repeated failed attempts pause sign-in to that account from that network for 15 minutes, and a password reset signs out every other session.

  • English, French and German throughout

Public pages, checkout, buyer emails, the dashboard and the scanner are all translated. Confirmations, refunds, transfer updates and event changes reach buyers in the language they bought in.

  • Support built in

Report a bug or request a feature from your dashboard and follow its status. Buyers can report a problem from any step of their purchase.

AI agents, with your permissions

Your AI assistant can do nearly everything you do in the dashboard — as you, and never with more rights than you.

  • Run Orbit Ticket from your AI assistant

Connect an MCP-capable assistant with a personal access token, and it can work with your events, tickets, orders, refunds, guests, check-in, email and reports.

  • Files in and out

Your assistant can attach a buyer's proof of payment to their order, upload event cover images and email logos, payment QR codes and images for your emails, and fetch invoice PDFs — and a ticket's PDF from its link. Every upload goes through the same checks as one from your dashboard.

  • Your permissions, nothing more

A token carries no permissions of its own: the agent acts with your role, checked on every call. Tools that move money, cancel or delete something, email anyone but you, or change where money, buyers' details or access go are marked as destructive, so your assistant can check with you first. The only emails to anyone else that can go out unmarked are the ones a completed online payment sends anyway, such as the buyer's confirmation and your sale notification.

  • Tokens you control

Create personal access tokens with an optional expiry, see when each was last used, and revoke one instantly. A token can never create another.

  • Shoppers' agents welcome (experimental)

On browsers that support it, a visitor's AI agent can read your event page, build and price an order and apply a coupon — but only the buyer can pay.

Try it with your next event

Create an organizer account, set up your event and publish when the checklist says you're ready. Nothing to install.
