Refund Policy

1. Who grants refunds
Every event on Orbit Ticket is sold by its organizer, who is the merchant of record. Decisions about refunds — and the refund payments themselves — are made by the organizer under this policy, the event's own conditions, and applicable consumer law. Orbit Ticket operates the platform and does not itself decide individual refund requests.
2. How to request a refund
Contact the event organizer named on your order confirmation and ticket email, and include your order ID and the email address used at checkout. If you cannot reach the organizer, contact us at legal@orbit-ticket.example [TBD — legal review] and we will connect you.
3. Cancelled or rescheduled events
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price from the organizer. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket normally remains valid for the new date; where the law requires it, you may request a refund instead.
4. Service fees
If your order included a buyer service fee charged by Orbit Ticket, that fee is refunded when the organizer cancels the event. Whether the service fee is refunded for other refund reasons: [TBD — legal review].
5. Bank-transfer orders
Bank-transfer orders reserve your tickets until the payment deadline shown in your instructions. If payment does not arrive in time, the order is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged. Refunds of confirmed bank-transfer payments are returned by the organizer to the account the payment came from.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact the organizer before disputing a card charge — most issues are resolved faster that way. Tickets belonging to a charged-back order may be invalidated.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights. Note that in many jurisdictions (for example under the EU Consumer Rights Directive) the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure events with a fixed date; confirmation per jurisdiction: [TBD — legal review].
